Winter and Year Round Rental
Information:
Winter rentals
are month to month from September or October through April or May. The lease period
shall be for a minimum of 6 months or more. Rent for the full term of the lease
is required in advance in order to obtain occupancy. In addition, a $1,000 security
deposit is required and payable in advance. The
security deposit will be held in escrow by the Lessor or his agent, and shall
only be used for damages incurred by the Lessee(s).
If
no damages are discovered after inspection of the property by the Lessor or his
agent, the security shall be returned to the Lessee within 7 days of departure.
All
utilities are the responsibility of the Lessee, unless agreed to otherwise.
An
application and references are required in order to be considered for tenancy.
Year
round rentals are for a minimum of 1 year. Rent is payable month to month
to the Lessor or his agent. The security deposit shall be equal to one month’s
rent, payable to the Lessor or his agent. The first month’s rent plus the
security deposit are payable in advance in order to obtain occupancy The security
deposit will be held in escrow by the Lessor or his agent and shall only be used
for damages incurred by the Lessee(s).
If

agent, the security shall be returned to the Lessee within 7 days of departure.

THIS
AGENCY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RENTAL OR DISCONTINUE OCCUPANCY
